Questions people actually ask
Why is there no per-check pricing?
Because it punishes you for monitoring the thing you care about most. A checkout flow checked every minute is the most valuable monitor you own, and a price list that makes it the most expensive one teaches you to check it less often. One price per organisation removes that decision.
What counts as a monitor?
One URL, or one bulk monitor covering many. A bulk monitor takes a sitemap or a list of addresses and rotates through them — five hundred product pages can be a single monitor with a single alert threshold, rather than five hundred rows and five hundred notifications.
Do team members cost extra?
No. Seat-based pricing means the person best placed to fix an outage is the person you did not invite, so invite everyone. Members are unlimited on every plan, free included.
What happens to my history if I move down a plan?
Checks older than your plan's retention stop being shown, and are eventually removed. The monitors themselves, their settings and their alerting are untouched — downgrading never deletes a monitor.
Is there an annual discount or a lock-in?
Neither, yet. Monthly, cancel whenever — the thing being sold is that we notice an outage before your customers do, and that has to be worth paying for every month.
